Resbit v1: A Customer Booking Experience Built for Real Hospitality
Resbit v1 is here — built around one priority: the customer booking experience. From the first click on your public booking page through rescheduling and refunds after checkout, every part of the product is designed to help guests complete more on their own. That focus is a big part of why we are confident Resbit delivers something unique in this space.
Five booking flows, not one template
Most platforms force every service through the same linear form. A guest booking a multi-night campsite, an hourly pool session, and a kayak rental is asked to think the same way three times. Your team pays for the confusion at the front desk.
Resbit ships five distinct booking flows, each shaped around how guests actually approach that type of purchase:
- Activity — group size and options for shared experiences like private pool sessions
- Ticket browse — scheduled sessions, tours, and day passes with fixed time windows
- Overnight — date-range selection for cabins, RV sites, tent sites, and other lodging
- Appointment — one-on-one services such as massage, with provider and time selection
- Resource browse — equipment rentals where guests pick a specific kayak, paddleboard, or other resource
A hot spring might use all five on one property. A campground might use overnight and resource browse. Each flow matches the booking — not the other way around.
Self-service after the booking
A strong booking flow is only half the customer experience. What happens after checkout matters just as much — and it is where most software still routes guests back to your front desk.
The manage-booking page keeps customers self-sufficient:
- Automatically enforced refund policies — guests see exactly what they are eligible for based on your rules, which prevents guests from demanding exceptions your policy does not allow
- Automatic rescheduling — customers move their booking to an open slot on their own, with no employee involvement
Your policies stay consistent. Your team spends less time fielding refund and schedule requests, and more time on guests who are actually on property.
Hourly, rentals, physical items, and overnight in one system
Hospitality businesses rarely sell just one kind of thing. A property might book hourly pool sessions, rent kayaks by the half-day, sell snacks and merchandise at checkout, and manage overnight camping — all in the same visit.
Resbit brings those models together instead of splitting them across separate tools:
- Hourly services and equipment rentals on calendars tuned to each booking type
- Physical items — merchandise, snacks, and add-ons — in the same checkout as services and stays
- Overnight stays on a dedicated calendar view, with a single reservation that can span both a stay and hourly add-ons
- One customer profile and one checkout across all of it

Built on our own properties
We are not shipping v1 from a roadmap slide. We run Resbit every day at our own hot springs and with close local partners — handling real hourly bookings, real rentals, real overnight stays, and real customer self-service requests.
