The springs Resbit was built to run.
Miracle Hot Springs is a geothermal hot springs with overnight lodging, run by one of Resbit's founders. Guests come to soak, book private time, schedule massages, and stay the night — often more than one of those on the same visit.
That mix is ordinary for a springs and hard on booking software. Most tools assume you are a salon, a ticket seller, or a small hotel. Miracle is all three at one desk. Resbit exists because that desk could not find software that treated the property as one business. We built Resbit for this property. This page is that origin story, not a customer case study.
Those purchases do not share one mental path. Most software still has one booking flow for all of them. Online, that usually means a hotel form and a note telling soak guests which fields to ignore. A guest who wants a soak and a massage, or a night plus day use, should still be one booking.
None of that was designed in the abstract. It is what has to work behind that front desk.
The same collision shows up at resorts, campgrounds, and other properties that sell hourly inventory and overnight stays together. The lesson from Miracle is not that every property looks the same. It is that mixed inventory has to be modeled natively, or staff invent workarounds that do not survive a busy Saturday.
